Norma Marie Naugle

March 22, 1942 - December 3, 2020

Funeral services for Norma Naugle will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 6, 2020, at the United Methodist Church in Carmen with Rev. Josh Cosby officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Wentworth Mortuary, LLC. There will be a visitation with family Saturday from 5-7:00 p.m. Masks are requested and the service will be livestreamed on Marshall Funeral Home Facebook page. Norma Marie Naugle, daughter of the late Emil Charles and Phyllis M. (Heffron) Hamen, was born March 22, 1942, on the family farm near Cleo Springs and passed away December 3, 2020, at Enid at the age of 78 years, 8 months, and 11 days. Norma grew up and attended Cleo Springs schools. On June 7, 1959, she was united in marriage to Lawrence Roy Naugle, at Ringwood. They lived all of their married life in Carmen. After Lawrence passed away, she lived in Alva, Cleo Springs and later moved to Enid to be near her daughters. She treasured her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. Norma also enjoyed working in her yard and baking cakes and cookies. Worked many years at the Carmen Nursing Home in the nursing department until it closed. She then worked in the kitchen at the Carmen/Dacoma schools. When she moved to Alva she worked at Share Convalescent Home until her retirement. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence; her daughter, Julie Cade; her grandson, James Watkins; her brothers, Charles Hamen, Richard Hamen, and David Hamen; and her sister, Mary Wampler. Norma is survived by her daughters, Shelly Miller of Enid, Patricia Allen and partner, Nornecie, of Enid, and Traci Naugle of Oklahoma City; her son, Kyle Naugle and wife, Brande, of Cleo Springs; two brothers, J.B. Hamen and wife, Stella, of Cleo Springs, Jimmy Hamen and wife, Barbara, of Cleo Springs; and a sister-in-law, Rose Ann Hamen of Cleo Springs. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren, Joshua Watkins of Edmond, Jacob Watkins and wife, Ana, of Enid, Jesse Watkins and wife, Shawna, of Edmond, Morgan Sorrentino of Enid, Nevaehla Walker of Enid, Aislynn Allen of Enid, LaTelle Graves of Los Angeles, Henryetta Jetton and husband, Sean, of Los Angeles, Henry Washinton of Sayer, Alexus Naugle, Bentlee Naugle, and Madoux Washington, all of Cleo Springs, Krystal Miller and Jeremy Miller, both of Longdale; twelve great grandchildren, Angel, Eva, Hayden, Rathen, Aiden, Mieiah, Jori, Julian, Roper, Trayden, Jenson, and Aaliyah; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Memorial contributions may be made through the mortuary to Cleo Springs First Responders.
