Betty Ann Goss

Funeral services for Betty Goss will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the Aline Christian Church with Rev. Kason Oakes officiating. Burial will follow in the Aline Star Cemetery under the direction of Wentworth Mortuary, LLC. Betty Ann, daughter of Fred Arthur “Ted” and Edna Belle (Goodno) Stevens, was born February 21, 1932, in Aline and passed away peacefully January 16, 2026, at Fairview at the age of 93 years, 10 months, and 26 days. Betty was raised in Aline along with her brother, Billie. She attended school there and graduated from Aline High School in 1949. On March 5, 1950, she was united in marriage to Bill Goss at the Christian Church in Cherokee. To this union four children were born: Vicky, Kent, Brent, and Trent. Vicky passed away August of 1972. Betty was a lifelong member of the Aline Christian Church where she was baptized November 29, 1949. Betty was a housewife and mother and attended all the activities through the years with her children and later her grandchildren. She enjoyed working at the church and many of the FFA. activities. She will be missed by her family and friends. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were her pride and joy. Besides her parents, Ted and Edna, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Bill Goss, on August 14, 2020; her daughter, Vicky Lyn Goss; and her brother, Billie Stevens. She is survived by her sons, Kent Goss and wife, Danna, of Leedey, Brent Goss and wife, Colleen, of Aline, and Trent Goss and wife, Cindy, of Alva; her grandchildren, Chris Goss, Cim Adams, Caitlyn Kamphaus, Blake Goss, Ty Goss, Toby Goss, Avery Goss, Graham Goss, Quinn Goss, Craig Ritter, Lyndsey Smith, Trent Ritter, Demi Seelke, and Shalae Newman; her great grandchildren, Keaten, Kysen, Adelyn, Hunter, Will, Love, Gracie, Blaire, Chet, Tenleey, Cal, Annika, Addison, Aspyn, Kylie, Sydnee, Treyson, Liam, Luka, Zara, Otto, Jude, Leo, and Drew; nephew and nieces, Mike and Trula Stevens, Janet Stevens, and Pam Stevens; sisters and brothers-in-law, Georgie and C.E. Haltom, Mary Goss, and Roy Peters; other relatives and many friends. Memorial contributions may be made through the mortuary to the Aline Christian Church or the Aline Star Cemetery.
